1. Nature of the Service (Index Only)

EmptyFrog operates strictly as an autonomous intelligence index and search engine. The platform automatically aggregates, parses, and indexes data that has already been made publicly or semi-publicly available by third parties on the dark web, open web, or peer-to-peer networks.

EmptyFrog does not hack, leak, steal, or unlawfully acquire data. We are not the source of any data breach or exposed credentials. Our service functions similarly to traditional search engines, providing a structural overlay to locate information already present on the internet for the sole purpose of defensive cybersecurity and threat intelligence.

2. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Under no circumstances shall EmptyFrog, its founders, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

We do not verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of the indexed data. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EmptyFrog from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your reliance on the intelligence provided.

3. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

The intelligence provided by EmptyFrog is intended strictly for defensive, investigative, and remediation purposes by authorized personnel protecting their own organizational assets. You agree that you will not use this platform to:

• Commit fraud, extortion, or any malicious cyberattack.
• Access accounts, systems, or data that you are not legally authorized to access.
• Resell or distribute the raw proprietary intel to unauthorized third parties without our explicit consent.

Any misuse of the datasets presented by EmptyFrog for offensive operations translates to an immediate breach of these Terms, resulting in permanent account termination and potential litigation.

4. Law Enforcement Cooperation

EmptyFrog complies fully with international laws and regulations. We reserve the right—and have a legal duty—to monitor platform usage and to disclose any information, user logs, search histories, or account details to law enforcement authorities, government agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction if required by a subpoena, court order, or formal legal request.

We actively cooperate with structural investigations regarding cybercrime and will not hesitate to surrender access logs of users suspected of leveraging our index for malicious or offensive cyber operations.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We provide the EmptyFrog platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature—or restrict access to specific datasets—at any time without prior notice, particularly if demanded by legal compliance or systemic security risks.
